Notable People in US History
We complied a list of Notable People in US History as one way to learn about what makes America unique. It was an arduous task attempting to reduce American history and culture to a few hundred names. However unscientific and incomplete this is a unique way to explore our nation. Through the lives of so few has our nation evolved and become what it is today. As you read this list, take notice of the diversity and uniqueness of the American Spirit. Most, but not all listed are or were US Citizens, but their lives had or have produced a profound effect on our nation. Not all represented on this list had a positive effect on our nation. Heros and villains alike can be found on this list.
We are continuing with an amazing task. We are compiling a short biography on each of our notable people, and within 30 to 45 days, our visitors will be able to click on a name, and a short presentation regarding that person and their effect on our lives will be played. Check back often and see this amazing insight to our nations history unfold.
Additionally, if you think we forgot a notable person, drop us a line and make a suggestion. If you would like to join the research team and help us with this huge task, let me know, we can use the help!
