Our Primary Goals at MyOneVote.Com
As is clearly stated in our Mission Statement, the most important goal we have at MyOneVote.Com is to motivate the American public to preform their duty and fundamental right, and ask them to vote. MyOneVote.Com does not endorse any political party, nor do we ever intend to attempt to sway your vote. We ask that you vote with your heart, if you lean to the Democratic party or to a more Progressive way of thinking, then vote that way. If you tend to agree with the Republican party or consider yourself more conservative then by all means vote that way. But we do ask you to vote. Too many have sacrificed so much for our rights, we need for no other reason than to say thanks, at least vote when given the chance.
The four primary objectives of MyOneVote.Com are:
- Eliminate fraud, waste, and special interest favoritism in government at all levels by removing long term incumbent “career” elected officials, regardless of party affiliation, through the electoral process, favoring those candidates who have not yet served in public office.
- Advocate the need for all elected officials regardless of political party or affiliation to advance the cause of self directed term limits through limiting their time in service.
- Encourage greater voter participation in the election process through the use of this website, specifically but not limited to Our Content, Blogs, Letter Writing Campaigns, History of the US, Video Presentations, Enlightening the Electorate, “On The Street” interviews, and other media presentations MyOneVote.Com produces or endorses.
- Educate the users of the website and those viewing our other media applications in the basic history of the US, specifically our foundation as a nation as it applies to limited political service by members of the community.
Our goal is to empower the electorate and show each and every eligible voter the power they possess. Our motto is “Helping you take back your government one voter at a time!”
